Placement

Placement is an integral part of this project and before conducting the final placement session we conduct several activities to improve the students’ mentality and their ability to work in a professional environment. Some of them are-

Employer Interaction

AISECT time to time conducts employer student interaction to provide an opportunity for students to directly interact with employers with different profiles. In these interactions, employers provide vital information about work environment, future opportunities, career growth and some information on the verticals their company are dealing with.

Field visit

Field visit provides a better way to understand the work culture and the system of any company/organization. AISECT conducts field visit to the trainees time to time.



Rojgar Mela (Employment Fair)

Job fairs are conducted to provide a better platform for providing jobs to the eligible candidates. Our placement cell continuously meets with the employers and keeps a record for prospective jobs at their companies. Till now, various job fairs have been conducted for students.
